17th July 06 - Sadly we say a fond farewell to
Wendy and Richard on "It Takes
Two".
After a strong performance and their highest score in week
six of "It Takes Two", Wendy and Richard went into week seven as
one of the final five couples. On episode seven of "It Takes Two",
Wendy and Richard performed the "Rocky" theme song "Eye of the
Tiger", and were hoping to deliver a t.k.o. to the judges.
Unfortunately, they were again unlucky with the judges who failed
to send them into round 8!
After finishing the night on 28 points, sadly it was Richard and
Wendy's turn to say goodbye this week.

July 06 - Wendy and
Richard have the power this week on "It Takes Two"!
Wendy and Richard powered into Episode six of "It Takes Two"
this week. After too many scores in the
bottom ha
lf of the ladder it was fantastic to have Wendy and Richard
kick off the show with their cheeky rendition
of the Huey Lewis' 80's smash "The Power of Love". With scores of 8 from all of the judges, Wendy and Richard bolted i
nto
equal second position with their highest score to date of
32!

Not only did Wendy and Richard give us their best performance so far in
the series, the surprises kept on coming... Wendy and Paulini teamed up
to sing a dynamic version
of the Donna
Summer/Barbara Streisand hit of the late 70's "No More Tears" (Enough

Wendy and
Richard give us some satisfaction on week five of
"It Takes Two"!
Wendy and Richard
let loose on Episode five of "It Takes Two" last night,
singing the Rolling Stones classic "Satisfaction". They
scored a 25 for their punchy rock 'n' roll performance, with a
show-stopping Mick Jagger impersonation from Richard that had the
audience dancing in the aisles! For all the details

26th June 06 -
Wendy and Richard
come back with a vengeance on week four of "It Takes Two"!
Wendy and Richard
wowed them on Episode four of "It Takes Two" last night, performing the
big ballad classic "We've Got Tonight". They
scored a 25 for their fine rendition of the Bob Seger and more
recently Ronan Keating hit! For all the details

21st June 06 -
Show your support for Wendy and
Richard on "It Takes Two"!
After a fine performance on
Episode 3, of the Annie Lennox / Al Green hit "Put a Little Love
In
Your Heart", the judges were not so favourable in their scoring!
With Amanda Pelman giving them a
frosty
'4', Wendy and Richard's score for the evening was a measly 21!
Thus putting them at the bottom of the
Leader board for the
very first time!
As luck would have it,
Wendy and Richard had enough votes to hang in
there, with Judy Nunn &
Glenn Shorrock saying farewell this week. Hopefully for Wendy and
Richard it's onwards and upwards from here on in!
It is NOW that they need everyone's support, so please let's all
get behind Wendy and Richard
and vote like crazy to help keep them singing in the competition in the
weeks to come!

Two" Premiere!
Wendy
appeared on the brand new Channel 7 TV show
"It
Takes Two"
last night and what a performance it was! Wendy and
Richard blew everyone away with their version of the Bryan Adams
and Mel C hit
"When
You're Gone".
Wendy and Richard topped the Leader Board for most of the
show until they were pipped at the post by the last couple
Mark Furze and Rachael Beck. The good news is, Wendy and Richard
finished in second place with a fantastic score of
29.

16th May 06 - Wendy to "Sing with The Stars" !
Wendy will be part of a brand new television show
coming to Channel 7 called
"It
Takes Two".
The
show will feature ten celebrities and ten professional
singers. In keeping with the same highly successful
formula of "Dancing
with the Stars", each week the celebrity and
singer duos will perform a variety of tunes. These will
include pop and rock, country, ballads, swing and big band
styles. The duos will perform live before a panel of
judges. The judges scores, in conjunction with viewer votes, will
ultimately determine the series champions. Other
leading Australian vocalists taking part in the series include; Guy
Sebastian, Paulini, Glenn Shorrock and Troy Cassar-Daley. The series will
go Live to air
on Sunday May 28th at 6:30pm.
Some of the celebrities to be featured on
the show
include; Kate Ritchie from "Home and Away", cricketer
Michael Bevan and writer/actor Judy Nunn. More singers and celebrities
will be announced
soon.

1st May 06 -
Wendy
performs live in Sydney this week for the first time in
2006. Wendy will kick off the first of three Sydney
shows at The
Basement on
Thursday May 4th.
Followed by Dee Why RSL on
Friday May 5th and
Revesby Workers Club on
Saturday May 6th.
Tickets are still available for all shows, however The Basement have "standing
room only" tickets left for Thursday night's performance.
Wendy will also perform two shows on
May 26th & 27th at Castle Hill RSL and North Sydney Leagues.

performing her first show for 2006 on
Saturday January 28th as
part of the "Wanneroo Summer Concert Series" at Charnwood Reserve located
in Two Rocks, WA.
The outdoor concert commences at 7pm and is a
